Our Background
Hi I am Shalini. I am the founder of Rise and Shine Academy. I opened this tutoring Academy because of my passion for teaching. I bring to you 10 years of tutoring experience in Canada with an in depth knowledge of the school curriculum for grades 1- 12. I am an OCT certified teacher with great success in tutoring students from grade 1-12. In the past 8 years of tutoring I have helped 100’s of kids to reach their full potential by supplementing the instruction they receive in class and guiding them towards study practices and aides, that can help them excel.I specialize in teaching Biology to grade 10-12. The teachers in our academy are dedicated and committed to  help both struggling and gifted students through compassionate, motivating assistance to students.
I have been coming to Rise and Shine Academy since  grade 1 . Now I am in grade 7 and I still come here to seek her help with all subjects . Shalini has been a great teacher  and I have seen my grades to improve a lot .
